If your facility waste discharge influences California’s water, you may need to acquire a waste discharge permit and submit monitoring reports to the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). These activities include discharge of process wastewater not discharging to a sewer, confined animal facilities, waste containments such as landfills, construction sites, discharges of pumped groundwater and cleanups, and waste discharges to land. ACCES will work with you on constructing reports that satisfy the requirements mandated by RWQCB.
